Thoughts can be elusive. Here is something to help you catch them before they get away.

This is a handy worksheet for capturing your vision — think of it as a business plan for your project. We will guide you through a series of questions designed to pinpoint the “want-to-have” and “need-to-have” deliverables of this project. We use are version of this form when meeting with clients to discuss a new project.

Fill in as much or as little is necessary to describe your project. Because each member of your team may have a different vision for the project, we highly recommend completing this worksheet as a group — that way we won’t miss any important opinions.

If you’re prepared to complete the worksheet now, use the online form below. When you click Submit, it sends a copy to us and also provides a summary for you which you can copy and save for future use. If you want more time to complete the worksheet, download the Microsoft Word version and email it back to us later at newproject@idudesign.com.

None of the fields are required (except for how we should contact you), but the more information you can give us, the better we’ll be able to respond. Type as much as you like. The fields below will expand to hold all of your thoughts. Press ‘Tab’ to move to the next question. Answer each question as clearly as you can, and skip any questions that don’t pertain to your project. Call us at 1.800.790.6021 with any questions.
